• Rated at 4,000,000 BTU/ hour output, gases make two passes over helical coils
• Shell fabricated of 3/16” steel plate
• Bolt on end plate for access to coil
• 4” insulation on shell and 6” insulation on ends
• Full modulating Powerflame burner fired by #2 fuel or natural gas
• Helical coil manufactured to ASME standards
• Dean circulating pump and motor with guards and couplings
• Pre piped for connection to an external source
• Strainer installed standard
• Shut off valves installed standard
• Expansion tank with level gauge and shutoff valve
• Control panel with temperature control, flame detection, proof of ignition, high limit switch, and 24 hour time clock
• Exhaust stack hinged for shipping, rain cap installed
• 4 Pump hot oil manifold system (housing only for discharge and inlet)
