Honeywell 7800 series flame relay system with digital status display, UV amplifier, and Mini Peepers
Honeywell UDC 1200 for baghouse inlet or stack limit protection. Provides shutdown of burner on temperature limit as well as provides an alarm 20 degrees prior to shutdown
Honeywell 3200 accepts a number of different T/C or process signal inputs to display burner position and material temperatures
Simple indicator lights show burner limit status. The first one out is the cause of a given burner safety shutdown
The burner control has seven relays to provide isolation, silence alarms, and provide interlocks
