• Bin 1 (furthest from screen) 7′-6″ x 14′
  • 36″ x 18′ nominal belt feeder w/ 10 hp (230/460v, 24/12 amps, 1770 rpm,215T frame) and Dodge TXT7 gearbox
  • Air cannon
  • Some wear through spots on throat. Bin is empty
• Bin 2 (nearest screen) 7′-6″ x 12′-6″
  • 36″ x 13′-6″ nominal belt feeder w/ 10 hp (230/460, 24/12 amps, 1770 rpm, 215T frame)
  • Size 5 gearbox
  • Nominal 6″ cracks at top of the bin, loadout side. Bin is full, but not crusted.
• 30″ x 31′ nom Collecting conveyor w/ 7.5 hp motor (230/460 volts, 18.8/9.4 amps, 1765 rpm, 213T frame) and size 4 gear box
• 30” x 32’ nominal long Intermediate conveyor feeding screen
  • size 3 gear box
• 4’ x 10’ single deck screen with 10 hp motor (230/460, 24.4/12.2 amps, 1760 rpm, 215T frame)
• 30” x 89’ nominal truss scale conveyor with belt scale and gravity take-up
