Burner Controls

  • Honeywell 7800 series flame relay system with digital status display, UV amplifier, and Mini Peepers
  • Honeywell UDC 1200 for baghouse inlet or stack limit protection.  Provides shutdown of burner on temperature limit as well as provides an alarm 20 degrees prior to shutdown
  • Honeywell 3200 accepts a number of different T/C or process signal inputs to display burner position and material temperatures
  • Simple indicator lights show burner limit status.  The first one out is the cause of a given burner safety shutdown
  • The burner control has seven relays to provide isolation, silence alarms, and provide interlocks
  • Drawings and manual provided
