A hot mix facility is a harsh environment. It requires heavy-duty components that can withstand extended exposure to high temperatures and high pressures. Our rotary airlocks are designed to do just that. They are manufactured with stainless steel 6-Vane or 8-Vane rotors, heavy-duty cast housing with extra thick endplates, and they come with either square or round flanges. Our rotary airlocks also offer Ni-Hard construction, along with outboard mounted oversized bearings that are pre-lubricated and permanently sealed to ensure low maintenance and prolonged life.
