CMI/CWMF 400 TPH Portable Counterflow Drum Plant

• CMI PTD drum conversion with CWMF shell in 2012: 9’ x 43’ shell , Starjet580 longnose burner, slinger inlet, quad axle portability, saddle chin drive 150hp TXT10
• CWMF Portable Pulsejet Baghouse Model BHP-80-1152: 80,000 ACFM Baghouse 60’’ twin city fan with twin 125 HP drives, an integrally mounted inertial collector, drag slat bottom dust removal, auger dust removal with cross waste auger and triple axle suspension. On-board pulse and main control panel as well as air compressor. The unit is operated with a Variable Frequency Drive and was new in 2016. Ran on natural gas since 2018
• CWMF 16” x 20’ intermediate auger
• CMI Portable Direct Fired AC Tank: 35,000-gallon split tank with a 15,000 gallon and a 20,000 gallon compartment. Each compartment is equipped with a level indicating system and one of the compartments has scavenger coils. The tank features on-board AC unloading pump, Hot Oil Fuel Preheater.
• CMI Portable Cold-Feed system Model PAB-432: – Four (4) Bin 10′ x 14′ with 30″ wide feeders, 5 HP shaft mounted drives 30″ wide integral collecting conveyor with bi-folding head section. New steel Liners installed spring 2021
• Smico 4’ x 10′ Single Deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen:
• CMI Portable Self-Erect 30″ x nominal 47′ long Virgin Scale Conveyor: with receiving trough, belt scale and wind guards on a single axle suspension.
• CWMF P2B-RAP Dual Bin RAP System: consisting of two (2) 10′ x 14′ bins with 36″ feeders, 7.5 HP AC drives, and mounted/removable grizzlies and UHMW wear liners. Integral folding 36″ wide x nominal 50′ long scale conveyor with gravity take-up and a 15 HP AC drive. Bin #1 is equipped with an air cannon and a bin vibrator and bin #2 includes a bin vibrator. Unit features mounted bulkhead walls, a magnet mounted above the collector belt and tandem axle portability. Model year 2014.
